The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70s Hi Dr. Woo Wear to Reveal Black presents a fascinating collaboration between Converse and celebrated tattoo artist Brian Woo, who is better known as Dr. Woo. The upper of the Black/Sunset colorway of the Dr. Woo Wear to Reveal Chuck 70 is black canvas. But that is not all. The upper of this sneaker is designed to wear away to reveal a sunset-colored canvas underneath. You can allow the canvas to wear away or you can rip or cut the black canvas to allow the sunset canvas to show through. Other features of this sneaker include a translucent toe bumper, white foxing, and a white rubber toe cap. The heel sports a Converse branding patch and the outsole is black rubber with traction featuring a sunset-colored circle with a black crescent inside. The whole idea of this shoe is amazing, but one detail our sneaker experts really appreciate is the darker sunset graphics imprinted on the sunset canvas.
