The New Balance 574v2 ‘Victory Blue’ showcases primary colors on an updated version of the original 574, a running shoe that was intended to straddle the line between road and trail performance. Featuring a slightly sleeker shape, the upper is constructed from airy blue mesh with tonal suede paneling at the forefoot, saddle, and heel. The sneaker rides on New Balance’s ENCAP midsole, composed of soft EVA core with a durable polyurethane rim. Underfoot, a brick-red rubber outsole provides grippy traction.
