About the Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 SP PS 'Mellow'

The Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 SP PS ‘Mellow’ showcases vintage ‘60s style on a retro runner built for little feet. Inspired by music festivals from that bygone era, the Boston-based retailer dresses the shoe in a blue tie-dye denim upper, lined in burgundy corduroy and fortified with a green textile mudguard. Different bandana prints enliven the padded collar and heel overlay. Mismatched Swooshes feature floral and striped motifs, while the woven tongue tag displays dual Nike and Concepts branding. The sneaker is mounted on an off-white foam midsole, fitted with an Air-sole unit in the heel and covered in mud splatters inspired by a concert in the park.
