About the Pulcina Espresso Coffee Maker 6 Cups, Michele De Lucchi for Alessi
Alessi produces home goods and kitchenware built on principles of refinement, innovation and functionality. Considered one of the Italian firm's most iconic designs, the Pulcina espresso coffee maker was created by Memphis Milano alumnus Michele De Lucchi. The Pulcina (or "chick" in Italian) accentuates the aromas and flavors of coffee while halting the brewing process before it develops a bitter aftertaste. The beak-like spout ensures the pot provides a perfect pour. This iteration, executed in black cast aluminum, is the largest size and features a six-cup capacity.
