Releasing as part of the 'Year of the Horse' collection, the New Balance 574 'Black' celebrates Lunar New Year with a stealthy monochrome design. The retro runner carries a blacked-out upper crafted from breathable mesh with suede overlays at the forefoot, heel, and saddle. The one-note palette is interrupted by crimson New Balance branding hits that land on the tongue tag and leather heel tab, updated with a faux basket-weave texture. Lightweight cushioning is provided by a matching black ENCAP midsole, supported underfoot by a lugged gum rubber outsole.
