About the Vans Sk8-Hi Pro 'Black'

Twelve years after Vans opened shop, the Vans Sk8-Hi sneaker debuted in 1978 as the "Style 38." The skate-inspired shoe introduced a protective high-top collar design and was the second silhouette to showcase the iconic Vans sidestripe. This 'Black' version upgrades the original with an enhanced performance design, featuring a canvas, suede and leather upper reinforced with an UltraCush HD sockliner and a DURACAP rubber underlay.
