About Converse AS-1 Pro
Released in 2023, the AS-1 Pro is professional skateboarder Alexis Sablone's first Converse signature shoe. She designed it with Converse for skateboarding, drawing on her experience as a skater and designer. It was the first cupsole shoe in the Converse CONS skateboarding line.
The low-top design draws from Converse basketball and court shoes of the 1980s. The cupsole has engineered coring for impact protection and board feel, while the herringbone outsole provides grip. A CX foam sockliner adds cushioning, and uppers come in materials including leather, suede and nubuck.
Olive pairs tumbled green leather with brown suede overlays, while White Black Gum combines white leather with black sidewalls and a gum outsole. Both are collaborations with Sneeze and carry its branding on the tongue, back tab and sockliner.
