Released in 2013, this LeBron James signature basketball shoe was designed by Jason Petrie for play on the court. The first colorway, King’s Pride, draws on the lion for its dark loden upper and floral collar lining.
The upper combines Hyperfuse construction with sculpted Hyperposite panels and Dynamic Flywire. Underfoot, full-length Lunarlon foam pairs with a Zoom Air unit. Graphics include a tongue design built around the number six and a sockliner that reads LeBron one way and James when turned upside down.
What The LeBron brings together details from earlier signature shoes, including a tongue from the LeBron 7 and an Akron map from the LeBron 5. China takes its blue and white look from porcelain vases, with tiger and dragon motifs. All Star - Gator King has glow-in-the-dark panels and a reptile-print tongue.
