About the Designed by Peter Saville
Graphic designer Peter Saville is best known for his work creating album covers for Joy Division and New Order, alongside branding and design for fashion brands like Dior, Givenchy and Yohji Yamamoto. This volume is the first compendium of Saville's work, chronicling various projects across art, music and advertising from 1978 to 2003—the year the book was published. A series of essays and interviews accompany the diverse set of artworks, photos and illustrations. This book has been sourced by Hi-Bridge Books, an appointment-only rare media archivist and bookstore located in Tokyo.
